Take a Virtual Tour of the Family Birthing Center
As a community-based healthcare provider, Mat-Su Regional Medical Center’s highest priority is the safety of the patients, healthcare team and community. Here is our current visiting policy:
- Patients in our Family Birthing Center may have two designated labor support persons in the room with them.
- During the postpartum period, adult visitors and siblings are welcome during visitation hours, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times (not including the mom). Please help us keep our moms and babies safe by not visiting if you’re experiencing any symptoms of illness.

Labor and Delivery
Our delivery rooms provide everything doctors, nurses and other maternal specialists need to provide you with excellent care during childbirth, including a range of pain management options through contractions. Experienced labor and delivery staff utilize advanced medical technology, and manage C-section (cesarean) births and other surgical procedures.
