The Birch Leaf Café
Patients, guests and their families can purchase a hot, healthy meal (or a snack or cold beverage) during their time at Mat-Su Regional Medical Center. The cafeteria offers vegetarian and gluten free choices, a large salad bar and fresh soup daily.

Cafeteria Hours:

Monday – Friday
6:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Saturday & Sunday
6:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.
